Anyone else notice a high difference in ratings from sites?

5857 - 500hp (treadstone), 605hp (extremepsi), and 615hp (ETS turbo)
6057 - 550hp (treadstone), 630hp (extremepsi), and 630hp (ETS Turbo)

Wonder who has the real rating....
ETS has the right rating based off PTE Spec Sheets.. I have made More HP than the rating on every billet turbo i have used so far..

I believe that! They rate the 6262 almost 130hp lower then what we have seen put to the ground.

Thanks,

Michael

do you think either of these turbo's will make power to 9krpm or a fully built 2L? I like my 35r, but i would swap it if i could find something with a far better midrange and similar top end. HTA82 doesnt really look worthwhile for me.

Would it be no good to put a 5857 on a 2.5L? Mike you said you put one on rb25 is that right, could you please post up the dyno sheet as i too would like this turbo on my 2.5L

My RB25 revs to 9000tpm also so i would like to know your thoughts on turbine housings.

Thanks

Awesome turbo can't wait for the results.

Would you recommend .63 or .82 A/R for this turbo?

Most turbos in t3 wont hold power to 9k.. The only 1 i know is the 6765 billet.. The smaller turbos drop off.. id have to look at my 6262 that made 780whp to see what it was making at 9k.. i dont remeber exactly..

The rb25 sucks the 5857 dry.. Thats a 6cyl that revs.. it needs more turbo than 58mm to hold power to 9k.. the small rear wheel doesnt help either.. i would go 6262 on rb25..

Ill have to ask i dont know the answer to that.. The 60 series is a different blade config than the 58 so i dont see why they would cancel other than that the 58mm might make more peak power on higher boost levels..

I spoke to Michael Bacon from Precision to learn more about the 5857 and 6057, this is what he had to say:

I believe that the 58 billet is a better designed wheel and may be able to support as much on top, at the same time being more streetable.
