PPI releases their Evo X linup of parts, from porting to intercoolers & more!!!
PPI has been very busy designing, devloping, testing, dynoing...you get the idea With their Evo X products. Our website is updated here is our Official Release!!!
PM me for your pricing our look on the links to our website!
First is our ported exhaut manifold.
Just as in the Evo 8 & 9's the Evo X manifold can benefit from gasket matching the turbine side and correcting the port matching on the head side!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Next up is the famous PPI Mini Battery Kit.
We used our same sturdy/refined kit from our other platforms and it fits perfectly on the Evo X! What great way to save some weight. No cheap threaded rod stock or wingnuts here!! You won't find a finer battery kit for your Evo X...PERIOD!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Next up is our Intake kit.
This is a very clean intake solution that incorporates our own machined MAF housing so you don't have to run the stock MAF housing with all the extra clamps and couplers. This is a simple and clean solution. The intake is available in natural polished aluminum or powdercoated. We also offer a heat shield in aluminum or with our reflective gold foil!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Next up is the PPI Intercoolers
We have spent considerable time designing the perfect lineup of intercoolers for any possible need for your EvoX! With a CAD designed model we can optimise the design, carefull attention to designing the contoured endtanks, radiused inlet & outlets, core selection, mounting solutions and superb fitment! All I/C's are pressure tested to 40psi using our famous boost leak testers!
Our intercoolers stand above the competition!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The PPI Upper and Lower I/C Piping!
Just as our Evo 8 & 9 i/c piping leads the way in design IMHO Our Evo X piping is made in the same fashion. We have built tooling in house to flare our aluminum tubing to make gentle and smooth transitions. Most companies use silicone couplers to make quick jumps in tubing diameter. This is the wrong approach! Airlow likes slow and gradual changes. But its more expensive to do it our way, which is why other companies don't do it. We do it without adding cost as we create our own tooling and care about doing it the right way!
We use aluminum tubing to keep weight down, and aluminum tubing won't hold heat in and will quickly kool off. We using thick material for our brackets. We also use our electric bead roller to put on superior beads in our tubing which can't be applied to hard stainless i/c piping causing blow offs on the competitors

DYNO RESULTS!!
This test car was baselined custom tuned with a exhaust and PPI intake. Then we added The PPI upper and lower i/c piping along with our road racing intercooler (rated at 660HP) and the car was retuned and gained 21 WHP & 26 lb ft of torque with 200rpm quicker spool!
There were no tricks here just real world results. No intakes added to lean out the car to add horsepower...no upping the boost. This was real world, 3rd party testing as this was not our dyno nor was I dynoing the car but a unbiased shop
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We will shortly have our ported t/b and intake manifold but we couldn't wait any longer...stay tuned!!
Thank You,
Wayne
