I think a lot of the looks portion has to do with which runners they pair up with which inlet on the twin scroll. This manifold is opposite of everyone else's.

Is this header equal length or no?

If you really want a break down or runner length:

Runner 1 ~ 11"
Runner 4 ~ 11.75"

Runner 2 ~ 12.75"
Runner 3 ~ 12.75


this is as close as your going to get to equal but does not really mean jack if it is equal all the way
