I may need a flange made for an intake. If I design it, send you an NC-1 file, DXF file, or what ever file you need for you CNC machine, how much to make one or two?

The stock replacement looks nice but I have some questions.

1. Is there any warranty against cracking?
2. Do you have any pics of one installed?
3. Ever though about offering an option with mounting points for the stock heat shield?

Bump for sick products. AFI craftsmanship is top notch. I have never seen welds like they have on their manifolds. They are each a work of art. I have been running their older "ram horn" style manifold, o2 housing and dp since 2008, on my IX. Not a single problem since. I actually paid big $ to ship the manifold back to AFI from NC, just to have them weld on an EGT bung. I didn't trust any local schmuck to weld on their manifold. Of course I get it back, and it looks like a robot welded it. Picture perfect welds.

evodood, purchase with 100% confidence. The flange and tubing is thick. The welds are top notch. When I bought mine, they offered a lifetime warranty. I don't think it will ever become an issue for you though.

manifolds carry a limited lifetime warranty with the original owner.

heat shield was something we considered, however we opted against it as most people ditch them in the long run.

anything else just let me know
