I've got some ideas but don't really know how to photoshop. Looks like its time to learn!!

Will work on it. When is the deadline? What color preference? Has to be jpeg, tiff, or psp file? Do u need vectors? Where is the vinyl gonna be located? Is it gonna be a full car wrap or just a windshield decal?

Need these questions answered so I can start on photoshop. I want those rotors!

Edit: nvm, I read the contests rules on Facebook. Though it still doesn't say the deadline of submission. Only the date on when the winner will be picked. I will work on it as soon as the weekend comes.

You can submit your designs anytime before when the winner is picked. We are simply picking our design based on looks, and technical info isn't really required. We are simply looking for ideas for our design and we will make it happen after that as far as technical details go.
