Not to bring a thread from the dead but I'm in the process of installing this kit. I see that you have to remove the p/s cooler line.
First question, anyone that has this, did you see any side effects from doing this??
Also, what do you do with the hose that's coming off the ps reservoir(going to the cooler)?
I can see in the picture that there is a hose there, just not sure what it does or where it goes. This is going on a 05 evo rs.

ive had this kit since it came out and ive seen no effects from not having the ps loop as for the hose one runs from the reservoir to the front to the ps pump the other lower hose on the reservoir goes to the rack thats it ive since modded mine with an fittings but thats what i remember give them a call if you get stuck.

Not trying to be a dick with this Question, I plan on road racing and im wondering-
Wouldn't deleting the power steering cooler have some negative side effects such as higher p/s fluid temps?
And could that effect longevity of the power steering components?

I'm not being a dick either but if you are worried, just skip the product.

If you plan on road racing then get rid of the power steering in general.

not trying to bring back from the dead, but did you get to figure out if the kit would fit with still having abs?
