Yeah, personally, I would install it correctly, I'm sure it will perform better. Email me or pm me and I will get a new copy of the instructions emailed to you.

put mine on last night and it feels good , but as i heard other people say i have some interior vibrating on the steering wheel and a high pitch wine as the rpms change, but i would imagine that as you eliminate the motor fom vibrating that the vibrations would be passed on elsewhere. mine is alo on the setting it came with, didn't think i should touch the factory settings.

Installed the product and life is good.....IT does make a difference...shifting, handling ........

I do feel a little vibration at idle(did not change any settings).

Question,
Do we have to upgrade engine/tranny mounts with this damper?

Thanks

Absolutely... motor mounts are a great upgrade that will enhance the performance of the torque dampener.

ok, a bit more feedback on the dampner.... I've had it in the car for about a week. I have mine adjusted to 13. I previously posted that I didn't have any vibration in the steering column, only a whine as rpms change. Well I do have a slight vibration like most of you have stated, but only at idle. Now that I'm not listening or focusing an any new vibrations from the dampner, and I'm back to driving with the a/c or tunes or window down or whatever, I don't notice it at all. So for me, there are no downsides.

On the plus side, the 1st gear and reverse gear shudder the car "used" to make when rolling out with a cold clutch is practically all gone. The shifts are much cleaner also, and it does seem to put the power to the pavement smoother and quicker. I like the unit a lot.
