Thanks for the thorough selection of photos, Mike!
Have you found it's best to leave the heat shields on? I took mine off but I'm not sure that it helped much since I did it while installing the slotted rotors.

I just sent the prototpye which I modified to be the production model back to the UK overnight to get this moving as quickly as possible. They will receive it on Thursday and hopefully begin working on them right away!

Very Nice! Did you install the hose and test fit with that? From my own experience in building brake ducts, the hose presented more problems than the caliper duct as it has to be long enough, be flexible and at the same time be able to clear the engine/body/axle/wheel parts in all ranges of motion side to side and up and down, etc...

I know routing the ducting is usually the most difficult part, and we will try to come up with some generic instructions highlighting how we will route the ducting on our cars, but I'm sure other people with other modifications may want to take a different route.
