I have a custom tune coming up with Vishnu this Saturday and I needed my car in top notch shape. I ordered my testpipe from LogicPerformance a couple weeks ago, was asured I would recieve gaskets and recieved nothing. So anyways, I put my stock gasket on for time being and got a fat exhaust leak, plus a different sound from my exhaust compared to other evo's with the same setup (probally because I was using a gasket that was too small for the piping). Anyways, after contacting LP, with no success, I made a thread on NorCalEvo.net and Devin from Speed Element posted that he had some so I gave him a call. I told him I needed them FAST and he assured me I would recieve the gaskets the next day or the day after. I got to work today and found a package for me! Needless to say, Speed Element really came through for me and mailed me the gaskets quick. I'm very pleased at how quick I recieved the gaskets. Going to change out my old gaskets tonight and hope the leak goes away too. Thank you guys for getting me what I needed quick. Look forward to doing more business with you guys in the future.

Speed Element: If you're reading this, thank you for offering to give me the gaskets for free in my "Someone keyed the **** out of my Evo!!%$#%$$@ " thread. I really appreciate that. You guys already charged my card yesterday when I called in, so it's fine. Again, I really appreciate the offer though.

Speed Element packages our product with the most care I've seen. I have ordered lots of crap since I've had 2 evos and they are by far the best.

Cal will take care of everyone. Sometimes I think he takes really good care of me, but I think he would do the same for anyone. He even picks up the phone saying my name (caller ID) since I like to bug him lol.

 

+1. My fault for neglecting to mention this. I noticed my gaskets were extremely carefully packaged. I must say I am impressed. The came in a bubble wrap lined package and he put the gaskets inside the invoice that he folded up.

Who works with SpeedElement that used to work for GruppeS? Who is the guy with the English accent? I sold him my stock turbo two years ago and he was really cool to work with.
