hehe warrtalon, its not rust bud...
I have the same(???) exhaust... Mine didn't come with any XSPower placards welded onto it.
Regardless of the haters, its an awsome exhaust. In a few weeks I will have 330whp for less than $500... This exhaust being a key part in that.

look @ my sig... It fits very well, one small issue thats easy to fix. From what I hear many other exhausts have small fitment issues like this one on the IX.

and even if it was rust.....is that like what?? 20 hp less? 
c'mon for $240 -100% SS.. ..no flat spots-turns-curves or elbows
--3" no restrictions at all? good sound..power and looks? Gsss I ll take 2 any day 
now !...02 housing and manifold...its a different story
