Thumbs up Evo 9 build up by CFT


Well everyone CFT just finish there first evo9 build up from scratch by the shop tec “Javier” and it looks promising , Rolo did an impresive but conservative tune for now @ 23psi and it did 435whp/318wtq ON PUMP GAS so the owner can put some miles to braking the engine !

This car it will be a street beast!

CFT Block (Ross Pistons , Carrillo Rods)
1000cc Injectors
CFT Fuel System
AMS GT35r Kit
CFT Intercooler Piping
Shep Tranny
ATS Clutch twin Plate
Tuned By Rolo @CFT

nice list of mods...but not nice number of torque...
i hope that thing changes once its said and done at the psi it deserves to be runnning

Nothing good about the dynograph, but with the unbelievable amount of money spent on those top-notch parts, this thing should be a screamer once the motor is broken in and the race gas starts flowing.

Each of the mods that has the abbreviation "CFT" in front of it would logically be something that CFT designed/created/fabricated and put their name on it.

Procco, 318wtq isn't even good for a 2.0, but that will go up later.

Wow, max torque is all the way up at 6250rpm!? Is that 35R not spooling as well as you would like, especially with that head?

Its a 2.0L with a conservative tune thats the key word (conservative) and its on pump gas. With no type of ignition its really hard to get any good numbers out of a pump gas or race gas setup.
