I've had mine installed for about three months now. No catalyst efficiency CELs until just a few days ago, and now I'm finding that I'm getting an catalyst efficiency CEL after repeated high rpm runs. I cleard the first CEL, and a few days later when I got on the throttle again, I got another CEL. Seems that the Random Tech cat can't match the stock unit's efficiency. If you have seen the stock cat, that may surprise you because the stock cat has two catalyst bricks with the rear O2 sensor sitting in between. The first brick is quite short, and I wouldn't think that it offers much catalyst capacity.

I got the CEL once in a while with and with out the extender. It seems that the cat flows too much for the sensor and then with the extender it doesn't flow enough...Still a good cat though.

I have the cheater and the only cel I throw is the p0300, and as far as exhaust fumes it seems about the same as stock to me (although I can't say compared to test pipe, never had one).
