Nothing special about 400whp on the stock block. People have made close to 600whp on the stock block. 400 is done quite often on the stock turbo and stock ECU. Did you think this was out of the ordinary?

I don't get it. I have not heard of you as a vendor before, but that doesn't mean much as I am constantly seeing more and more great vendors building stuff for the Evo and I'm still a realative newb to the DSM world and building cars in general.

If the mystery was meant to entice me to go to your web site it worked. The site is really nice and I see a lot of stuff I want to buy.... But, usually if a vendor has a product they are really proud of (turbo kit) and the feel they have something good they will display shots of it in the car, close ups of really nice TIG welds, quality fittings, etc. and answer questions about it and why its better.

That, combined with randomom posts of people that have seemingly had some bad experiences dealing with you in the past raise more questions about your business than I think you want in making a first impression.

Goodluck.

Goodluck.
The only negative post about him seems to be from a former business partner.
One of three people that, in the past, stole from him and tried to ruin him.
That has since changed as they now PAY Berty every month until their "stolen" debt is payed off. Its interesting how quickly the kettle turns to a shade of gray these days. There are often too many sides to a story. With the truth in the middle, its hard to distinguish what is what. Since I have intimate details on the issue from a legal standpoint, I can easily see through the BS. It will take time.
DTM Berty is a standup guy and always will be.
This is a postive thread and should not be tarnished. If you would like you are welcome to PM him and ask Berty about the situation. I am sure he is open to cleaning any rumors up very quickly. Its nice to have things in writing...

I met these guys @ VIR as well very nice car extremely well put together! seems like it could have been done just as easily on a stock ECU but who knows... Anyway nice setup! Also i believe they would be a very stand up vendor! they went out of their way to come talk to me and some evo friends @ VIR!
