With a turbo of that size I wouldnt recommend running a 2.3. Big turbo's like to rev and a 2.3 will not allow that as the redline is lowered substantially when running a stroked motor. The 2.0 is what I recommend to all of my customers wanting to run 37's or larger.
I would consider (and recommend) doing the motor before the turbo kit so you're not wasting money on a block core when a stock rod goes through the side of it. That is $1800 down the hole just for an empty block from Mitsu.

Well looks like you have some things to think about. I still love watching that clip of Daves car. I was there and it was even better in person I talked to Dave and saw his cars in person and was really impressed IMO u couldnt go wrong with Bushur.

They both make really good reliable kits though.
