Well I have purchased a e-flash from a vendor. My car was running like a**, I could feel the timing being pulled. I was desperate to get my car tuned right, So I have decided to IM mellon and see what he is all about. Let me tell you guys! He looked at my logs and he is shocked how bad it was. In the back of my mind, I was thinking he would take his time like the other vendors.I was wrong! he freaking returned my rom within an hour! Talk about customer service, the guy is awesome! I would go on stretch and say MELLON FTMW!

 

I had a few questions in the Ecuflash forum and Mellon answered my question... which they didnt have to.

Seems like a straight up guy if you ask me.

 

who tuned it prior to Mellon?

 

Im waiting for my cams then Im hitting him up for my tune .

 

I rather not say, because my second tune from this vendor for my evo 9 is fine.

I'm sure most of us already know who the original "tooner" was! I had the same problem.

 

I had 17 counts of knocks!

 

WOW, that's a lot worse than me! I had about 6+ and I thought it was off!

 

I have never hesitated to try other tuners they seem to learn and evolve better especially on the customer service side (which is huge with me). I went from Al to Jestr simply for customer service aspect and have been running his map since. I agree with the post above as soon as I can get an ok deal on the GSC S1 or HKS cams I plan on giving Mellon a shot. Again I love how he stresses the customer service aspect. Hell maybe Ill just run a couple of logs and see if he can lower the knock count slightly on my 91 0ctane **** water.
