Has anyone delt with Pure tuning in Toledo, Ohio? How is there customer service? Are they good tuners? Are they easy to deal with?

I went to Pure-Tuning...Keith did an awesome job...I had to drive from west carrollton and had to be back at work at 3 PM...showed up at 8 am and left at 1230...boost controller had to be replaced so that took up a little more time...Keith said he could have gotten more HP if he had a little more time...but I had to go

All in all it's a cool place and they are open on Sats too...I will be going back

I plan on getting tuned again when I get a new exhaust manifold, O2 pipig, Intercooler and my turbo ported...I don't think you'll be disappoined

Pure Tuning is awesome. Very underrated IMO. I've been going to them for years with my DSM and will continue to do so with my Evo even though they're about 90 miles away. Keith knows the 4g63 like the back of his hand.

Hell, I was at Mid-Ohio parked right next to them at the NASA event and both Keith and Aaron were cool about on-site diagnostics and hints/ tips with my DSM. Can't beat that,.

Yes I have been to Pure and have had my car tuned by them they installed my cams and also my ARP head studs (3 different trips)

It has survived 2 NASA weekends and a drag event (11.81 @ 115 on the stock turbo/ pump gas) and have had zero issues. (I beat the $h!T out of my car)

A+ in my book.

Yea, Keith and Aaron also tuned my DSM with the good ol' SAFC. That was a few years, thousands of miles, and about 7 NASA lapping days ago.

The guys at Pure Tuning are a pleasure to work with, from a manufacturer's point of view. They are not only knowledgeable but also professional, and that counts for a lot in my book.

Had my EVO X tuned up there this past weekend... if it wasnt for bad luck, i wouldn't have any at all... but the guys at pure tuning over came my dark cloud, and did an awesome job tuning my car. I would highly recommend this shop, very knowledgeable and just all around good to work with.

Many years ago at Autobahn when I had a nearly stock Evo I boiled my brakes for the first time in my life. The guys at Pure Tuning were also at the track and offered to bleed my brakes for free. Always stand up guys in my book.
