I call Hiro and tell him the new Bride limited Edition Maziora seats are sick and I wanted a pair so I asked if he can get me a quote. He tells he can get them to me for a really good price, I told him what other vendors were giving me for quotes and he said he can beat that for me. This past Tuesday he had a meeting with Bride, on a break during the meeting Hiro calls me up to tell me the prices he can get the seats for with rails, he tells me If I give him the ok to get the seats He'll pick up those seats while hes there (only had 4 in stock), I tell him I'm not 100% sure yet and I will call him back and let him know. 30 min later I call him back and hes out to lunch and has left the Bride office, I told him I want the seats. He said no problem and even though he's already left, he goes back just to get my seats. Also just for safety / security reasons he tells me he doesn't want to ship out the package in which he could the same day. He wanted to open the package and re-package everything themself so they know for sure it won't get damaged during shipping.

What more can you ask from a vendor that's willing to do that for their customers?!
