Review: Beatrush Under-Panel
#31
The Beatrush underpanel will fit the Gialla front bumper and will also work with ARC intercooler.
#33
I haven't installed the panel yet either, waiting on a couple issues with my chassis (there's some cracking noise coming from somewhere when the chassis is flexed).

Thanks for the info. Just a couple more questions. Will the Beatrush undertray fit with aftermarket downpipe such as the Tomei downpipe & also will it fit with the carbing 6 point underbrace? Thanks again.
#36
Yes, this will fit with Tomei downpipe; however, we haven't tested it with the Carbing underbrace.

My underpanel didn't come with enough bolts to install the black rubber pieces in front of the wheels.
I also broke the head off of one of the bolts
I love Beatrush so much I'm currently in the process of reworking my Beatrush STi shift knob to fit my Evo

Got and installed mine last week, IX SE - perfect fit..
Mine had the new hardware for the front lip - basically metal clips that surround the plastic tabs, uses M6 bolts.. Odd thing was I was missing 4 M6 nuts though which I bought from my local ace hardware..
Looks like the following..
Thumbs up..

I've been running w/o an underpanel since the 2 week I've had the car!
What about the Buschur downpipe?
Also, how difficult with this installed is it to change the oil?
How about getting to the lower intercooler pipe - as I like to tighten up everything between events.

I bought it straight from Kami Speed ages ago. I love it, it's a great shift knob. It's really too bad Beatrush doesn't make it in a size that fits the Evo. I also wish Beatrush made a trunk cage for the Evo like they do for the Subaru, but that's a different story altogether.
It's M12x1.5mm which fits the STi, but our Evos are M12x1.25mm so I had to fill the hole with resin and then drill it and tap it. I haven't finished it yet which is why those pictures are from my STi, but I'll get pictures as soon as it's done.

I have the beatrush undertray already though I am yet to fit it.
I am also considering some rexpeed carbon brake ducts for cooling my APs.
when fitting these ducts with the standard undertray the instructions suggest cutting a section of the undertray away to allow air flow to the ducts.
Not sure how this would work with the beatrush since it appears to have those two protrusions just where you would want the air to flow to the brake ducts.
does anyone have any idea how this would work?
Can those downward pointing protrusions be removed, would I want to?

The Beatrush underpanel will clear all aftermarket intercoolers and IC pipes that won't go past below the front lip of the Evo8,9 front bumper.
Since the Beatrush underpanel was design with ease in mind; changing the oil of the car will only require removing the rear piece; which is tighten by 4 bolts. The front half doesn't need to be removed.
Furthemore, the Beatrush underpanel replaces all stock plastic clips with there own.
Anyother questions, you guys may have let me know.
