Gruppe-S had a JDM EVO HEADLIGHTS group buy back in the month of May. It has been 14 or so weeks since I placed my order. I look around and a bunch of vendors & shops already have the jdm headlights IN STOCK and available for sale.

Plus a person on socalevo.net said they got their jdm headlights back in July.

All back orders will be filled when our container from Japan comes in w/in the next few weeks. We apologize for the delay as we are at the mercy of the container being delivered. As soon as it arrives, we will be shipping the items out.

During our previous shipment, we were not able to fill the orders as the HID housings were on backorder over in Japan. This next shipment will allow us to fill those orders that we were unable to provide and fill those orders that came in after.

16 weeks and still counting

This bugs me because I was not notified of anything. 8, 10, 12, 14 weeks go by and I've heard nothing from you guys. During that time, multiple vendors like 500whp, Fizz Auto, Speed Element, JonDemand, SRT, C2auto pop up with jdm headlights in stock and for sale. While people are buying them, I'm still waiting for the headlights which I dont know when or if they will show up. That makes me feel totally dumb.

I've had nothing but good interactions with Gruppe-s though. Ordered Advan rims and gauges from them.

I never buy anything if it's not in stock (unless I wasn't told).

I also got lots of parts from them I like them a lot, but that the 1st thing I ask is it in stock?
If not, well put me on the call list and let me know when they come.

I didn't receive any notification about my order being delayed. I only got a response from them is when I posted my question on EvolutionM asking about the status.

i just talked to them (gruppe-s), he said they shipped out the packages last friday or this past monday.. it takes about 2 business days from LA to SF.. so you should receive it Wednesday around noon time.
