well after triming out some parts of the jdm crash beam which is completly different then the USevo model and i didnt cut the undertray i just use zipties to hold it and it worked fine i finally installed the front bumper here are the pics:
also after driving around and doing logs for mellon to retune my flash i noticed that the boost drop from 21.8psi to 21psi i had to give 5 more clicks to the forge unos boost controler to hump back up the boost also the afrs went richer in the logs like 0.5points in the afr.
cant wait for the retune

a quick update:
mellon has been retuning my flash for this intercooler, first impressions when driving where that i could hear a whoosing sound, and that my boost lowered almost by 1psi and that my afrs got richer.
well today while doing logs my licp disconnected so i had to remove my front bumper again i reconnected the licp(i will have to order the buschur racing licp cause with the ams it doesnt align that well with the intercooler) and i dont want it to get loose again.
and to my surprise the upperintercooler hose that comes from the fmic had a leak which we could hear, this happend cause the t-bolt clamps i used where to thick so i had to use the stock ones again so know everything is tite.
so i go for a spin and first i check my boost and know my boost is up to 23psi i had to lower my boost and the whoossing sound is no longer there.
so in conclusion the intercooler doesnt make you loose boost i set my mbc the way it was before and there doesnt have to be a whoosing sound.
also my afrs are know leaner not richer.
so the more air you get in the engine the leaner they will become not richer(at the same boost pressure).
now mellon has to retune my car again sorry mellon my fault.
