thats just about right!!
we are just "over" 1lbs lighter than the stock rad (rad to rad)..
the fan is a big difference of course, because of lack of the steel frame.
I dont have a koyo to weight it against, but ill try to track one day.
the main goal of this rad was to move the neck outlet away from the manifold and provide superior cooling to stock!
cheers!
(dudical, when are u ordering one

Just one more weight question. Was the fan controller still on the stock rad/fan when you measured the difference. I'm not sure exactly but I would think the fan controller weighs around a lb.

Does the top hose relocation work with a stock intake?
Since the stock fan setup is two fans - one for when the AC is running - how did you wire in the logic for a single fan?
Certainly looks like a great product. Turbos generate heat, lots of heat, so being able to remove it efficiently with a thin radiator is amazing.
Thanks for the wrtie up.

The stock push fan is on the ac condenser that stays in its place.
the evo radiator from the factory only has one pull style fan... ours uses a slimline fan, that hooks into the factory fan module.
I have one left here on a dealio that fell through this morning...
It could ship today.
