ordered a UR test pipe from them 3 day select shipping, they sent it US ground it took over a week. Ordered a ARC shift knob it took 3.5 weeks to get to my door.

Ordered a CEL fix from them and after 2 weeks of nothing I had them ship me another via UPS, got here in a couple days. The first one came a few days after... Why does anyone ship with USPS????

Ordered a UR Fuel Pressure Sensor Adaptor. First one they sent had messed up threading. Contacted them back and they returned it to me fairly quick and with no issues.
One other thing I ordered from them came fairly quickly as well. Packaging was little crushed but might not have been them.
I don't know that this would make them scam artists as I have got everything from them that I paid for.

Just ordered kartboy exhaust hangers from these guys got them in 2 days. About a year ago order shifter bushings and got them within 2 days as well....so far they have been good to me...

I have ordered several items through them and have had zero problems. Some people don't like them because they don't cater to some forums, but as a paying consumer I'm looking for the cheapest company that offers the same items as some more expensive companies as long as their customer service is on par.
