I agree with E7R and that you should definitely give the Full-Race Hypertune Intake Manifold a try. If your trying to test as many intake manifolds as possible you should definitely try the Full-Race one as we know any Full-Race is quality.

Just keep in mind that there is no relationship between 'pretty' and function. The 'prettiest' one probably won't work the best, and what works best for this particular application probably won't be the best choice for something entirely different.

Just FYI

Paul, how much time you have wait for the Magnus intake. I waited more than a year with a weekly promise of Marcus to sent the intake and never received it. I use to used the old Magnus version (NOT the RACE) and in cracked more than 10 times. He promise to change the old one for the race version but never receive the intake.

Yeah his new manifolds are welded much better inside and out. Marco does take a long time to get things out

Paul, I have family, well, kinda family, in Oregon. No clue as to where...but If I ever make it there, and I bring say......3 or 4, 5 gallon pales of VP Import, can I have a ride?

If I get my girlfriend to....um....

you know, scratch that. I'll just bring the juice and go for a ride. She's watching me type and is going to castrate me if I finish.

Oh yeah, and please keep us posted on the whole build if you care to/can.

Later!

Full Function has something a little unique by comparison to the others.

The other runner throats, venturis...whatever you're referring to them as, Don't protrude over the the base of the main tank, which to me would allow for smoother transfer. Considering I only learned basic fluid dynamics in school, I can only assume it would help as I slept through most of that class.

A big benefit to the manifold, is, as I said before, the fact that it is milled out of a billet and doesn't possess any seam welds along the length of the main surge tank, all it has is the end tank welded on, which from the looks of it, could have been made one piece.

How much does that unit cost anyways? Im taking a guess and throwing the FF one out there FTW.
