is there any type of commonality with sensor hole locations on all these intake manifolds?

just curious if you have given any thought to placing a boost sensor in a common location?

with all these different intake sensor hole locations, measured boost maybe different & power maybe changed slightly due to different timing being applied if plenum pressures are somewhat different from manifold to manifold.

just a thought.

Just for curiosity sake, but I doubt it would be worth it, I would love to see a stock ported manifold and throttle body on there... It might be a very good reference to see if it's really worth it to go with one of these or not.

Paul, looks like you have your hands full with the different manifolds being sent in. Would it be possible to take a few pictures of all the manifolds lined up next to each other for reference in size? I know you have little time as it is, good luck with the testing to you and Lucas!!!

David,
Its an actual JUN part , I actually got it from malaysia , but I could have bought it in australia or directly in japan for that matter. I've had it for more than 2 years now so the design could have changed since then. I live in the Australia / new zealand area so we don't really get the same parts , JDM parts are easier to get in australia i believe...

unless your combo is the same or close to pauls its not going to be a deciding factor for 95% of the guys on here... for one guy a stock manifold may work fine and another might need a larger plenum.. its all about combo and truthfully the testing he is doing is only going to tell paul what manifold is best for him not everyone on the board..
