Talking Pushing some new intake manifolds to the limit!

So as you guys know ive got a crazy build going on right now. Well i was very lucky to have some intake manufacturers send me some manifolds to try on my crazy quest of 8s and 1100whp

The manufactures are as follows:
Full Function- Great group of guys to work with

JM Fabrications- Brent and Jim have been extremely helpfull

Driven Innovations- talk to Tom a few times he is very knowledgeable. Still waiting on his manifold. Should be here in the next week.

Magnus- Marco has been great he is sending me his race version. right now we are just trying to get her back from DSport

ETS just got a AWD Dynojet which will be great for doing back to back testing.

My plan was to dyno the car with the new setup first by leaving my normal version Magnus intake on right now than get a baseline# Than from there take it off and put each manifold and do back to back testing.
One thing that i feel will be good is we get to see where each one spools and reads on the graph. im not going to change anything but stick each one right on after the other.

One thing that each manufacture will get which i have no doubt is there manifold will make a 1000whp Remember i do not own a shop this is my own car my own money into the car. If people wonder in 1 1/2 years ive put $74,000 into my car not including the cost of the car. So i can go out on a limb and say this is not a SHOP car.

This test will have full video and dyno sheets of me installing and dyno sheets of each manifold.

Again thank you guys for sending me the manifolds to play around with. For me its like a kid in a candy store and gets my mind off electrical work

First one up that i have pics of is Full Function

Second one up is JM Fabrications\

What was cool about the JM was he sent me a stainless steel dipstick tube with a spring built on her

3rd one is Driven Innovation

4th will be Magnus which should be here in the next week

Here is what i found of it. Ive seen her before and she is a behemoth of a manifold

The left manifold is the one im running right now and the right on is the race version im getting

AMS and Chad are sending me the AMS VSR manifold! Awesome guy

So just wanted to give ya guys a sneak peak and some new manifolds to market. Which i love cause it gives us options

Update! Ams is sending there race version of there manifold and its a big boy!

That Driven one looks nice.....I mean they all look very nice, but the driven one looks beastly.

But the Full Function unit doesn't have seam welds along the tank, just an end cap which looks pretty damn strong to me

it would be nice to throw an ams manifold in to the bunch to see how it stacks up.

The main difference is runner length/width, volume of the plenum, shape of the plenum and design of opening for each runner, whether its velocity stack or something funky like the full function.

I'll go with drive/jmf based on these two i dunno what the magnus looks like.

Prolly go with magnus as long as it has similarly shaped runners and velocity stacks like theo ther two for the post peak whp and tq.

That tiny one might be better in the midrange though, on a 800+whp drag car that doesnt mean **** though.
