Well here is my story. I wanted to try their fake full race manifold with the downpipe since it was only 130 shipped and plus read on their site says Guaranteed Happy or 100% Refund i thought i would give it try. Well after getting the manifold and trying to put it on my car it dint fit right i had to make the holes bigger even to get it on their then the dam downpipe dint want to fit right against the turbo so their will be a big leak their plus all the bad welding inside the collector would kill the turbo when they get loose. Since i used my paypal i tried to get my money back so after having paypal close my cause cause because i was over Germany and could not get to a computer for over 2 weeks, so i have sent my stuff back and i got a email today saying this::
DIDNT GET IT BACK YET

AND

U NEED TO PAY RESTOCK FEE

Got it yesterday.

Plus their site says Guaranteed Happy or 100% Refund and now i have to pay restocking fee for their **** not fitting right.

I actually run the tbe from them and couldn't be happier. Granted most of the other parts they make are junk but I am a firm believer that 3" pipe is 3" pipe despite what some vendors say.

Well I must say, you are the one that f-ed up in the first place buying parts that you KNEW were going to be crap. Yeah they say 100% satisfaction or money back, but that doesn't mean you don't have to pay a restocking fee. Most companies have that, not just SSAC. Everyone, including you, knows that the company just makes crappy parts that they rip off of everyone else, yet you still bought from them because it was cheap. Probably would have saved a ton of hassle and not even spent that much more if you would have just bought quality parts in the first place.

Yes but it has to say you pay restocking fees on their site other wise they make up **** as they go, plus if i wanted to return something just because maybe but when their **** doesn’t work, i want full refund. I just return a sc61 turbo because the vendor sent me the wrong housing and when i called him about it he said he doesn’t have the right one so i can return it back with no fees.

what turbo did you try to fit on? their exhaust and o2 housing(old version) is not bad.
