Ripped off $150 by user: EVOIXMR8916

I sent this user payment for a Buschur racing lower intercooler pipe. That was over three weeks ago. After two weeks of me sending him PM's and him not answering, EVOIXMR8916 claims he sent it out early last week via USPS service (wouldn't specify specific service) and has no tracking number. I have recieved nothing and have submitted a Paypal buyer complaint. Hopefully he will man up and be honest with me or refund my money.

So how do you know he did not send it?
What type of shipping did you pay for?
Did you pay for insurance?

I asked for tracking and shipping information on several accounts. The seller only tells me he is shipped it USPS. Has vague answers and delayed responses are telling me something shady is going on. With no proof or record of shipping after three weeks, I feel that I am more than justified to raise concern.

You do realize it can take a max of 14 business days to deliver, right?

USPS realistically has a max of about 40+ days, because before that timeframe you cannot claim insurance yet anyway. So really they have a while to get it delivered. Thats assuming it was insured, or even shipped.

I've had packages delivered from the mainland to Hawaii, and it took 1 month using snail mail (USPSP). Unless he shipped via priority, I don't think you have much options except to wait. At the beginning of the deal, it would be a good idea to lay down the terms; including insurance and tracking and/or delivery confirmation...
Hope you get your part in...
