Thumbs up (review) PLX-DEVICES WIDEBAND (many pics!!)

All I have to say about this new wideband I got today is WOW!!! I will explain why I chose this unit.
I have Defi 60mm gauges and all the wideband gauges I could find were only 52mm and have the crappy light that sweeps up and down with a readout in the middle. So a few months ago I came across PLX-DEVICES and found out they were developing a new 60mm gauge called the DM-200. The 52mm gauge is the DM-100. Finially after a little wait for development I recieved my gauge and wide-band unit today. The 60mm gauge version was just released the beginning of Feb.
Now to the Details about install and operation of this thing.
The Install was extremely simple, lol VERY SIMPLE!! Due to the fact of the o2 harness is nicely wrapped in wire cover, and long enough that it almost streaches the length of the EVO, so no matter where you routed it there was plenty of slack left. The gauge comes with its own control box as does the wideband o2, but the daisy chain together with one wire; simple
The posibilities of this gauge are endless, you can connect it to your PC with the software that comes with it via USB. Even though I am only using it to monitor my AFR, the gauge does so much more. You can design your own gauge face with this thing, its an OLED screen and the picture is crystal clear. The Gauge comes with a remote to switch through your settings and control anything you want on it basically. Change a color here or there, throw in a different color needle and numbers, Have it read out in a graph layout!!!, or just have it in big digital numbers "my favorite" You can connect it to your PC and design away.
I will just show you some of the pics, as I am still messing with this thing and setting it just the way I want it. Oh and I also had one of the members on the forum here hook up his evoscan wideband sniffer on the tailpipe and we did some pulls and both meters read the same AFR
I just thought you guys might be interested in seeing something new thats out there.
Here are the pics.......

Wicked!

I thought about buying the PLX, but decided to go with the Innovate. Nice gauge though.

Pretty bad *** man, I must say. My only question is how does it compare to the AEM UEGO one? (http://www.lancershop.com/customer/p...cat=100&page=1 if anyone doesn't know what this is.) It's more expensive, I know this. lol

I have the same one. Its very trick. The only thing that sucks about it is having to wait for PLX to deliver thier iMFD datalogger so you can datalog all of the iMFD gauges, which includes the wideband. This should be out on the market anyday now.
