So I finally got my car back yesterday, after 3 weeks, 2 trips, and a new transfer case I get it home and look over it again. They said their Master Technician did the work, well he must be pretty crappy, I still found a bolt on the Transfer case loose and they left out 3 undertray retainers. These guys just can't figure it out, I'm not taking it back either, I tightned up the bolt and I'm getting retainers to put in myself. The best part was when they told me they changed the AAA battery on my alarm, that makes everything better! LOL

Damn I feel your pain. I took my car into the dealership (Phil Long Mitsubishi) awhile back when they where replacing my spoiler, and since I was all happy about finally getting my spoiler warranty work done I figured Id give them some business and asked if they could mount and balance my summer tires while it was in. When I got my car back it looked as though some took vice grips to the edge of my rims and ran it around a few time chewing up the edges. Im guess this was from the machine that brakes the seals and someone obviously didn't know how to operate it.

I hope you can get everything fixed that they damaged

So I ended up going back to these idiots to get my calipers looked since they are peeling and have my front wheel bearing changed that they had said was bad from a previous visit. So magiclly my bad wheel bearing (they already diagnosed) has changed to a tire problem, and tires are not under warranty. So after they put my wheel back on I started to notice a jingling sound, it was my lug nugs, they only tightned 2 of them!! I've been driving around with 3 of them about to fall off. I hate these idiots!!!!!!

The replaced the transfer case because the new kid that did the syncro change dropped it and cracked it, then installed it and it was leaking everywhere.
