Wow, good ****! You dont always see that sort of improvement jumping up from 63 to 82 A/R, but at the higher boost levels it is something to keep in mind for sure.
Nice car and nice tuning work, that tuneup is crisp and clean like 7-up!

I would not be jumping to conclusions about the exhaust housing as being the sole reason for the big improvement seen here. I have seen the RNR kit and it is poorly designed. The worst part was the 02 housing design. The header in this kit places the turbo too close to alternator. so when they made the 02 they had to use 2.25 tubing and a very sharp turn to get it to clear the alternator. The 02 housing was the reason the setup was seeing excessive back pressure. Not the precision .63. I use the precision .63 on my car. Breathing through a stock intake mani, cast exhaust mani, and proper 3 inch 02 it layed down 620/567 on reg 35r. 93 octane with meth. It was poised to make more but I was out of fuel.
Also keep in mind these dyno numbers from this dyno do not read low. they look like they read higher than a dynojet. performance form green proves that.
FP Green: 487 whp/510 trq = 11.2 @123 (1.78 60ft) (98mph 1/8)
thats a very weak track time for those numbers. 380whp on Buschur dyno will get those track times.
I would say congratulations on finding the restriction in your setup. 2.25 02 with sharp turn has no business on 35r setup.

Not going against you or anything, but do you have solid proof and justification that the cause of the big HP loss is through a bend right after the turbo? How would you say that it can affect hp THAT much?

many have made good numbers (620-650) on the precision .63. The housing only making 530 in the previous setup shows there was something else wrong.
if there is gains from the .82 it is likely in the 20-30hp range, not 100 like this poster suggests.

An Ebay o2 is larger then 2 1/4. I would have to say 60% of the gains are from the 3/4of an inch enlargment of the 02 housing.
Im glad to see that both were opened up at the same time to get the max potential from that set up.

Into the 10s she went. I didn't raise the limiter enough though and she was on it @ the 1000ft... We didn't get a ticket... but it must have been bad.. lol.. because they wouldn't even give us the 1/8th mph... Still trapped 133.. My guess is 106-110@1/8
