Brother after reading what you wrote it made me want to cry... lol.. I'm still waiting on my evo to get out of the shop/Hospital lol.. Basically I did the exact same thing as you ETS Inter cooler with Hard upper and lower piping and a Tial on the same day and man it was a darn Blast to drive I'll say. When I got on the interstate I felt the exact same way and grabbed a 35R and never looked back lol.. and now I have a Built bottom end haha fully built motor now... You'll do the same believe me because at some point you will "Float a valve" or something and you will end up building it just like the rest of us.. but man grab a 35R soon and play around just remember... do upgrades step by step.. So you get all the enjoyment like you said.. the morning heading to work.. and believe me man you will have plenty of those as long as you don't rush into building and doing everything at once.. create memory's for your cars.. because they don't last forever.. ;-) Remember there like women that's why we name them Elanor,Candi,Lauren,Rose... and we all know women never stay around for to long my friend.. so I guess I'm saying enjoy your memory's and remember to make the best out of the time you have with your pride and joy... your "evo".. I mean that's why were all crowded in this mixed up forum voicing our opinions justifying the money we spend and at the end of the day we all have a smile upon our faces.. because we are different than the guy next door.. we are the few that own such a god given wonder and evo.
