If you can take what I say as truth, I've seen the scales and numbers on Davids car and it's substantially heavier than our car. I won't give exact figures, but enough that it's worth some et at the track. I could put an adult passenger in our car and still not be as heavy.

I would love to see that on a scale

Because the BADBISH II was the lightest car I ever been in and one of the fastest!!

David , also will admit that they made a big and costly mistake of trying to do something completely different with the chassis. The 8.8 ford rearend that didnt work out so well.

But gotta give some credit to try something completely the other way , and willing to invest big cash into something completely unproven on an Evo. Just think if it worked I am sure the rest would follow.

The difference is that David puts his R&D out there on a consistent basis for all to see what is working and what dont. He does not have to do this for ALL OF US to view and become educated by. If I were him and put that much effort into helping the whole community and got flamed by people falsly accusing him of cheating or lying about what he does or is using. I would have a chip on my shoulder as well.

People try and take the info that David provides us and then do their own path trying to get same results. Very few succeed, You have to admit that there is just a little bit of Buschur magic in a fully built and prepped Buschur Racing built car

The last I knew, this thread was about the HTA86, nothing else. If you're calling me a backyard engineer, thank you. It's given us a few records with more to come. NOW, BACK ON TO THE TURBO TOPIC!

I think it will still work... it needs more time. Think about how much fun David has had this year with everything else thats been going on, the Black car has kinda just been sitting on the back 40 all this year. They will get it. The back yard engineers are the best. Not the guys that sit around with "updates" on parts that are coming out, we are yet to see the final peices The back yard engineering speaks for its self... look at the mans signature

Oh I agree , more time needs to be put into it yet. And it is a proven drag racing rear suspension setup . So I really cant see why it wouldnt work.

Sorry about the off topic rant Mr. Powell

Its true, im sure buschur has been feed up with work, between his RS and Tom car which by the way is crazy, I mean success comes with more hard work as a price and everyone wants what DB has to go faster.

Hey jeff are you swaping for this turbo? cause I saw you had the old one for sale.

Get off my high horse about my tin can, wow thats a good one! I'm not the one insulting or putting other down dude, David is! David is ripping on our car and I'm going to stand up for myself and all the guys that work here that bust their asses. What truth's do you want to know about our drag car or any other car? What are we lying about? please tell me.

I really don't understand your last sentence. Thank God you're Buschur?
Thank God I'm AMS

Edit, I know the thread they speak of Martin, its where someone mistakingly thought David had a T4 housing on his car, David came in there and corrected them and they appologized. I don't see where thats starting anything or talking sh*t but hey use what you can because there isn't any hard proof to offset nor warrent Davids recent behavior.

This thread should be back on topic though and maybe another one should be created to get to the bottom of this.

SO AMS GUYS, what do you think about this new turbo???

Please, everyone on both sides keep it on topic. Neither camp deserves to be blasted and both sides deserve respect. Thanks.
