Im assuming it is impossible to pass inspection with this piece on? I live in PA and we have emissions....Also, while cruising im assuming the dump is inaudible and can really only be heard under boost? Thanks!

We have already sold these to some from N.Y ( which is where I'm from ) and I haven't heard anything bad from them as far as emissions but I'll ask to see if they've ran into any sort of issues .

Frank,

I would really appreciate it if you could dig up some dirt. I would LOVE to have this one and i am finally ready to purchase a downpipe. I've done my research and its between yours and T1R (im tired of waiting for AMS). One more questions- have you had any problems with heat? Does the stock heatshield work? If not, are you producing any to sell?

After 24,000 miles the only issues we have had have been with the manifold which is why we have had 4 designs so far . The downpipe is just fine as-is and no future modding will be needed .The stock shields do not work with our DP .... Send us a PM when you're ready to go and thanks for looking into our product .

Looks good! Not to sound like a newb but what is the benfits of an external dump as opposed to say something like this?

Thanks for your post . About 10 months ago we made about 4 down pipes 2 of which are just like the one you just posted . After months of testing we decided to stay with our current DP which we found made better power thought the power band as shown in this dyno graph . The external dump keeps the turbo exhaust gases and the by-passed gases away from each other which has for years shown to give off an extra 3-5HP extra over mixing the gases as the piece you just posted does . Here's the dyno graph of our part .
