I wanted to give a huge thank you to Mike at AWD Mike pulled through for me with a new rear end for my Evo. It broke a few weeks ago while at Norwalk with the Buschur boys and my hommie 9sec9

I got all cleaned up inspected and installed with fresh OEM Axle seals this past sunday! I had to take in apart, you see I have this problem.... never mind, this thing looked excellent inside on the gear and pinion

Damn, i just caught this thread.. Thanks for the writeup jeff.. I tried to hand pick 1 of the nicest units w/o opening it.. I am glad it all looked good.. Even though a VW guy inspecting it doesnt mean much.. JFWY.. LOL
