yea, just too long since I ran the OEM tires to give you a true drivers comparison... i just cant imagine a faster street tire than the ad08's.... this new era of street tires is pretty insane, the grip they provide..

I would like to know also...

Tried the Advan Sports and man it is the worst tire I have ever tested. They do not provide enough lateral(sidewall stiffness) support for the Evo needs. Hope to get
AD08 and solve the problem...

I'm rocking a set of these now in 285/30/18 size. Vs the Dunlop Direzzas, I feel the AD08's have better handling characteristics, better steering response, and better break away predictability, both in turn-in and exits, than the Dunlops. I can't comment on grip since I upgraded from a 245mm Dunlop and it wouldn't be a fair comparison It rained during half of my autocross event over the weekend, keeping the pavement cool, but I would love to see how these handle heat as the day goes on in our Orlando weather, in the future. With our top drivers who sport the Dunlops in our local club, it was always tough to for any of us to get our fastest times on the last lap, during the last few summer months. With the new AD08's this weekend, I finished top time of the day (keep in mind these are street tires! even against race tire guys!). Here's the video:
