Have you considered using silicone bump couplers instead to help absorb some of the engine vibrations/movement from straining the plastic radiator end-tank?

Yes, we did consider that route but we havent found any issues yet with our straight couplers. I see that you are a thinker...good points...what we found was that the bump couplers in that small of a coupler 1.5inch would not compensate that much more than our straight couplers. We did consider them though.

I'm trying to get those pics uploaded of the Polished and Satin finish...stay tuned...

Mine should be here in a couple hours!! I love all the welds, i'll post a pic of it tonite next to my SBR UICP that looks just like the radiator pipe!
