In many countries you must make contact to the police BEFORE cc companies even listen to you in case like this.That means customers local police need to contact orlando police and open case and proof that to cc..And claims like this and number of them police is sure interested happenings for last few months in speedclinic.
Boys arent gonna get easy with this thats for sure.

Mr. Conte & Mr. Meagher you have chosen to hire people who are suspected to have defrauded the public.
There are people you now employ that took funds with no expectation of delivering product. There are claims of items being in stock that were not or never shipped.
In response to Mr. Conte, why spend a few hundred dollars for a flight, why not refund that money to the 1st person in line that is due a refund. Any money due to me is hopeless, fortunately as an educated individual I can afford to cut my loss and purchase from another vendor.
Lastly Mr. Meagher, Mr. Hajo posted he has more information which would be great to see, I did not.

Geo is taking care of your guys orders. trust me he has a email address posted on the orignal website. they arent broke but he has a pending letigation against a large company that has more fire power than him so is closing the shop.

I too was scammed by SPEEDCLINIC....i ordered everything to rebuild my motor and have recieved nothing. I ordered parts a month ago now and he will not return my money and has no money in his paypal so even tho they decided in my favor i get nothing.

sorry to bring this up from the dead but I still ain't received my parts and the *** hole won't reply to the stupid gmail address. I'm not talking a couple of bucks here. I've lost 2grand!!!!

Finally refund from Paypal!After millions emails/phono calls..

Karma is bad for crooks but it doesnt bring your money back..dont sit and wait!
Your only way is CC or paypal..60 days is the limit..
Orlando Police has several claims against SpeedClinic,got 2 mails from them..
Unfortunately their hands are tight..I guess this kind of things are not police jobs..?

my cc car company gave me my money back bu i paid another 40o out of my pahypal balance that i have not recived. they also quit responding...i have a buddy whos sti i work on that is an lawyer and is going to try and get the rest back,,,how did you call them...i haven't heard anything in two months! Paypal agreed with me however there is no money to refund. M order was close to 2k. its been exactly 4 months since the order
