You might of seen peak @ 30psi from your heavy load from your 5th gear pull. Do a 3-4 pull on the highway and check that.

What actuator you running?

4/3/2009 Update:
Took the car back for some 91 octane love.

Got some good news and some bad news.

The only change from my last tune was that I swapped out the MilSpec ported Invidia O2/Skunk2 Dp for a MAP Integrated O2/DP. When we installed the MAP piece last week, I immediately noticed creep/spiking issues that didn't exists before so I advised my tuner when I dropped it off this week that this may be an issue.

So today it went on the dyno and there is definitely creep...in fact it’s pretty bad. After playing with it for a few hours, it just wouldn't go away so we decided to stop for now and try a few fixes before proceeding.

The results at 22 psi, creeping to between 27-28 were 464.64/364.63.

Once we get the creep issue resolved I would expect to see a 20-30ftlb increase in torque and a 15-20whp drop. So a rough guess of 445-450whp/385-390ftlbs on 91 octane. Pretty damn good if you ask me.

Hyumm, I would check your wastegate actuator to make sure nothing got bent during installation.

Checked the WGA and that isn't it

My belief is that the gasket may be the culprit. While I understand it separating the two holes, the small diamter of each concerns me somewhat. I am going to release some of the preload we were using for the old setup and hope that this works, since I am not into swapping it out again. If that doesn't work, then Ill remove it, have the gasket ported/cut out significantly, and then try again

sspaladin28 do you have any photos of before and after of the install? also on your red have you ported the hot side? some times they say that helps with the creep.

I do not have photos since many others have posted. I have a ported hotside on my Red, so that is not the issue. Thanks for looking out though, I appreciate it

I didn't do a back to back comparison since I was running the other o2 housing/Dp combo on E85 and this one was on 91 octane. If I cannot get this to stop creeping, then I will reinstall the other combo and then Ill have a back to back

It really sucks you're having these creep issues All of the ones running around here locally have zero issues what-so-ever.

Lol, yep! Let me know how it goes and why he indicated it would have creep issues. A friend worked on a piece today for the wastegate side that he says will fix the creep issues so well see

Let me guess going to port the inside of the o2 part entering the pipe. and then cut the wastegate dump pipe off where it goes small and make it the same size down?
