The issue is going to rely on a 30mm wastegate flapper to control boost at those power levels. If your buddy's resolution doesn't work give me a call up here on the phone. I'll be able to talk with you on a few things. Get you squared away.

I already know were Mike1023 is getting at, which can be handled.

will this unit clear the factory undertray? is it possible for the pipe to be flanged for easier removal of downpipe if neccesary?

Yes it will clear the factory undertray Unfortunately there is no space to include another flange / v-band assembly, believe me we have tried several times

The purpose of this design is to eliminate boost creep We have one customer that had boost creep issues but I believe it was found to be an issue with a separate component later on...
