i dont know about it looking really weird lol, it seems pretty normal to me? turbine side is a t4 twinscroll with t3 size inlets so we port it out to t4 size, maybe thats what he meant (check the last picture to see what i mean)

it would depend on how large of a road course and how much power you want. weve used a few different turbos, my input is as follows:

Twinscroll 35R 1.06 -- this is the tried-and-true time attack setup. weve used this on a number of evos and STI's with great results. very fast spooling, near-instant response. puts any singlescroll 30R or 35R to shame. one little trick is to run this turbo with the stock evo turbo's coolant lines, it works great. We won the 2008 modified magazine time attack with this turbo in a 2007 STI

BW Airwerks 83-75 -- this is borgwarner's version of the twinscroll t4 35R. It is a larger turbo than the 35R, but the performance is very similar. the borgwarner is more comfortable at high boost than the garrett, and the garrett seems to have a negligably quicker response . The 2009 modified magazine event was 2 weekends ago, and we backed up our 2008 result using this 83-75 in an 08 STI.

Twinscroll 40R -- this is the turbokit on the MADevelopments time attack evo8 (mark shead's screen name is mark S if you want to look up his posts) The spoolup and response that this turbo delivers for the amount of output it generates is no joke. Mark commented that the only major change he had to do for the setup was to get some high end suspension (exe-tc) becuase the sudden surge of power caused so much squat the car understeered. We'll be running this kit on a US time attack evo later this summer, mike speck driving

BW Airwerks 75-70 -- we have not tested it yet, on paper it looks great particularly with the turbine housing mods

I've seen this kit and it looks dead sexy. 500whp on pump is nuts dude...damn thing sounded like the end of the world once the wastegates opened up lol. Congrats again and let us know how long the stock clutch holds :-)

I heart 555R's car

thanks jamdown
you also need to post in regards to the ACD reflash
BTW it was 500 hp on MS109 racegas
it makes abour 425 on pump
Sean had a dyno issue if you remember and stopped tuning there until he fixed it
Ill be back there again for more tuning becuase that methanol car after yours kinda made me want methanol injection
then i can have 500 hps everyday with pumpgas

and no my wheels arent for sale
hehehe

You're right..I did a mini review in the link below but I haven't hit the same roads since.
I met 4cdndctn the week before at Ivey's and he comments about it later on in that same thread.
