update: manifold is going to be removed tonight and tig welded at all seams. At the same time we will be custom fabricating an external Tial wastegate off the manifold and sealing the FP Green's flapper on the hotside. Hopefully the manifold will be stronger and hold up and the new external wastegate will hold boost better than the swing valve/internal gate....
Chris, i'll log the Evo once its done at 28psi and see how the tune looks. Since im sure if it ends up holding boost to redline the fuel/timing will be off on the top end. If so, I'll hit you up for a re-tune.... you're gonna get rich off me my friend =) haha...
