I have the buschur air filter kit which comes with a maf adapter and gasket. seems that no matter how tight i bolt the gasket between the maf and adapter the gasket will not seal.

i ran a piece of wire through where the gasket is not sealing.



gasket is flat and maf is an unflat surface so im not sure how its supposed to seal unless i use the stock gaket also. So my question is... Should I be using both the stock maf gasket and the maf adaptor gasket? I tried an it seams better this way. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Use the small stock gasket plus the new Vibrant MAF adapter gasket.

I'm about to use to reinstall the stock maf adapter with cone air filter - does anyone have a part number for what the gasket is?? i just bought sensor safe sealant too, hopefully that is what is appropriate for the air filter?
