Forced Performance- A+ Service
I was a reading a post earlier today about how FP doesn't answer emails or phone calls. I couldn't comment because the thread was closed by the Mods. I figure the topic was something that I needed more info about since I have a RED with the braided line & filter that I purchased earlier this year and now the kit has been upgraded. I emailed Aniel at 623pm and Aniel contacted me before 7pm. He explained the reason for the upgraded line kit and I ordered the other half of the kit I needed and it's already being shipped via UPS. All within an hour's time. I want to thank Aniel and FP for their quick response to my questions and for taking care of my issue in record time. All my past experiences with FP have been positive.

Aniel is a great guy. I had the same service. Wrote FP, Aniel wrote me back, I called right away with his supplied ext. and he answered. Great customer service.
