Yes a single walbro should get you into the high 400s on e85. If you don't care about maxxing out the turbo then you don't need the doubble pumper but may want to upgrade later

The SST, BBK Full, and HTA Green are ALL great options.

POWER= Close enough to declare a TIE
CUSTOMER SVC= MAP and CRBD TIE
PRICE= *SST- 1199
BBK- 1650
GREEN- 1695
*NO CORE REQUIRED! This is even sweeter for the people that have ix turbo's because you can sell them for approx $550. That $550 can go along way (towards their Verson 3 IM)

Even if the SST made 20 less whp, its hard to deny the overall value. Im waiting to go for ride in Shunderwunder's evo before I pull the trigger but my mind is 99% made up.

I'm still skeptical. To me the price says "China copied compressor wheel". But I'd hope to find otherwise.

Had the car on the dyno this weekend with a few minor setbacks with the car and one of our straps being gnarly on the dyno.

Car made good power, but has alot more in it. The internal gate wouldn't allow for boost to go any higher. We are switching to a high pressure actuator (Now available as an option) and retuning once Chris has the chance to swing out here with his buddy in about a week or 2.

Numbers were good, took out a lot of timing and got it to hold boost a lot farther through the power band and made about the same power with just a hair less fuel and boost. With the new actuator and retune we should be looking at high 400's low 500's. He has the fuel, just needs the boost.

Once I get into the shop this afternoon, I will get the dyno graphs pulled off with boost plots to go along with it!

Thanks,
Adam

I just don't see how you were able to make this turbo with upgrade wheels for only $100 more without using cheap parts. Could you advise? I guess if it were $100-$200 bucks cheaper than the BBK Full, I wouldn't be so skeptical.
I believe since this question has been avoided by MAP that it is not a genuine mistubishi core.

For reference, Diiirk made 460@ 35psi on the stocker.

No core is required on the Green or the BBK at the prices you listed.

No, that is not for reference, that is garbage data. Reference data would include what kind of dyno it was on and what mods he had...heck, maybe even a link to the post and actual dyno graphs
