See post # 58 & 59, they've already answered these questions.

I hope everyone here understands that it is very hard for us to respond to these questions without compromising information that could potentially be used by our competition. This turbo was developed via sources in the USA as well as overseas with a focus on quality and performance at a lower price point than the competition. It has been through rigorous testing and as such has received the MAP stamp of approval. If that isn't enough to satisfy your concerns you should also know that it includes a one year limited warranty should there be an issue down the line, and if you take a look at our feedback on this forum we stand behind our products

I'll have to agree. MAP has some of the best customer service and support out there and from what I have seen of other MAP products quality is top notch.

The lack of real data in this thread is stupendous.

The amount of complaining about the lack of real data before the formal launch of the product is what really amazes me Oh and I do have a snippet of real data: Chris' car made 453whp on our dyno the other day at 29psi, his boost gauge is a bit off

Slow your roll , claims are being made without any hard data, so I wouldn't be surprised when people ask for the data.

The reason why I am interested is because stock-variant turbos are worth their weight in gold here in Kalifornia. I've seen alot of them over the years that had alot of hype, but no backup so I like to see that data first.

I completely agree, and we are doing our best to get the real data as quickly as possible. However there are only like 6 or so of these turbos out there and there have been requests for results on more different setups and fuels than I can count lol. Its going to take some time before we can satisfy everyone in regards to factual data on this turbocharger...

I can speak about the MAPerformance customer service from Iraq. Chris and Bill have been nothing short of awesome in answering my questions and I'm in a combat zone of all places. It is just like they have known me forever which is why I plan on spending my deployment money earned from dodging bullets, mortars, and rockets on a company that has taken the time out of their schedule (when they could easily blow me off) to make sure that I was on the right path for my upgrade plans.
