Short and sweet answer: not all dynos read the same, even of the same brand/make/model. If you take two and do a comparo and say, 'yup, these two do read pretty similarly' then you can generalize power comparisons between the two. Otherwise, meh. This is not a dyno discussion thread though, we want more MAP SST results!!!

Seriously though..maybe its the newb in me but could you please clarify as to why it is though. I was under the impression a mustang dyno reads lower.

Also, on post #474 he stated his was on a MD also so that is where I was making the comparison. I just don't see the major gain for $1200 - please clarify.
Most Mustand Dynos do read lower than a Dynojet, however the numbers that TTP posts for typical mild mods are higher than other MDs and perhaps even DJs.
