DG Motors lied to Me

I paid for a radiator and fan on September 29. I have not recieved anything from them.They were very good to deal with to take my pms and take my money. However they never sent the rad or fan. I asked for my money back last week and they said"NO PROBLEM". Well here I am still waiting for the money or the radiator.....WTF
**** poor service, only one upped by the none showing up product.

they do not deliver
Non parts sending company. I felt like they were great when I needed something, and they were till I paid them. Then no parts sent, and no money refunded. I do not like to post things to make someone look bad, but I was hosed by them and Hopefully nobody else gets robbed.

There's been a few complaints, they have only been around for 6 months on here. They don't have the long solid track record of a Buschur or Ivey. It happens when some guys buy AWD dyno and come out of nowhere, I watch all the newbies gravitate that way, but guys that have been around stick with shops doing DSM's for over a decade. I think Ivey ran 9's in a 1gen GSX in the early 90's - not popular at the track full of mustangs and mullets

I have nothing bad to say about how they responded on the phone or email. They were very professional in conversation and Pms. The lack of delivery is what I have a beef with. If they send me the parts, or refund my money I will say so in my original post. I am very easy going person, I should be livid, it has been 45 days and nothing. Some people prematurely complain if something takes a week to ship, I am still waiting 45 days and counting!

The last conversation we had was me agreeing to give you a full re-fund when I find out what is going on with your radiator.
Remember, I was selling this radiator as a gesture for a customer who lives in Maryland. This exact customer who was supposed to ship your radiator made the horrible negative post about us here:
How not to install a CBRD radiator.... and, well.... everything I guess.
Yes, that same thread is from the owner of your radiator and fan. I had numerous talks with him about shipping out your radiator. Most of the wait was due to him being on vacation for 2-2.5 weeks. When I was able to get in touch with him, he then started complaining to me about his own new radiator having a burnt hole in it.
I will give you Steve's(owner of your radiator and in control of shipping it to you) information so you can give him a call and see what is going on. I would still like you to receive your parts.
This is the funny part not to go off topic. We help out our customers even if we aren't making a dime. The last thread that was made about us was a slap in the face and any one here could understand. The shop who made the thread about us was wrong knowing one of their respected friends permanently tunes out of our facility. A simple phone call through buddies to find out what happened could have solved everyone's issues. If we made a mistake, we would have surely taken care of it but that is in the past now.
I will re-fund your money in full with some interest for your inconvenience, but please understand the radiator and fan was out of our hands. It was a gesture for a customer of ours who made this thread:

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know what you would like back, we will get you another rad and fan or we can re-fund your money.

Yes, I am waiting on the mercy of my customer who I was setting up these sales for. "He" was supposed to ship it to you first thing Monday. If you want a re-fund just tell me. I am calling him first thing today to get a status.

I was asked by Steve (holder of radiator and fan) if I would be able to sell some of his old parts after we were finished with his build to help him recover with some of the labor costs. I agreed and said sure but you are liable for shipping your old parts out after I get all of the information (shipping, costs, etc).
Sure, we are getting blamed for it but people need to understand I did this as a favor and it got ugly hence the old thread we got smashed on and now this one which is coming from the same source who caused the first one. You guys need to understand we are a respected shop, we do good work and we are honest. I would never screw someone out of $140.00.
Ron, I have my friends evo 8 rad and fan. We will ship it out to you first thing Monday morning. I am sorry for the inconvenience yet again.
Ron clearly knew we did not have the radiator and fan at hand from the beginning.

Now Steve, the owner of the car in which blew us up over a burnt radiator never ships out a sale that I set up for him! Let's not forget the previous $500.00 I made him when I sold his stock evo 9 turbo a week prior. That is $640.00 I made him back and did not ask for a dime. Now 2 days later he totally blows us up. If you guys only knew what we did for him before you point fingers at us.
Other than that one thread and this which is a slight mis-hap, what have you heard? I am not trying to start any wars, I am just curious because I know I can sleep well at night. We are honest, and take pride in what we do. I don't want another single person thinking we aren't a trust-worthy shop because we always go above and beyond for everyone. I am sure a few people can come on here and vouch for my business.
