Thumbs up Titan Motorsports Customer service

Called them this morning around 9:30am to see if it would be possible to rent their dyno. I also called Central Florida Turbo, TTP, and Mase Engineering. Titan called back within 30 minutes (none of the other shops returned my call at all), and said they could get me on the dyno today! Got off the phone, drove 2.5 hours let the car sit for 30 minutes, they strapped me on the dyno and handed me the keys. I tuned the car for about 1.5 hours, base pull was 376hp, and I left at 417hp *uncorrected* on pump 93oct. The only downfall was that the RPM pick up was broken, so I didn't get a torque reading.

**This was me tuning, renting Titans Dynojet**

Marty and Nikki were great to deal with and super nice. I will definitely be visiting them again in the future. Thanks again guys

Sorry Freddie, we were booked solid today.

If you find yourself in the area again and want to see if we have any open slots, send a PM.

Thanks
TTP

I consider myself "in the area" all the time now Scott... I live in Jacksonville now, and I would rather speak with someone on the phone and be clear and concise about what I am about to drive 2.5 hours to their shop for, rather than PM someone on the forums. Today was just spur of the moment as I had the day off. Being in the Navy, I have a jacked up schedule to say the least, I value my personal time a lot, and value a business that is willing to make things happen for a customer or potential customer on short notice. Kinda reminded me of a valued, customer service oriented shop in the Northwest...

I understand. We typically book up 7-10 days in advance. At times we have some open slots though.

Being that you called before we opened, a PM would have sent us an email instantly that would have alerted us at the time of your request where we could have contacted you by phone and set things up as we were out of the office at the time of call.

We hope to be able to link up with you next time and hopefully have less on our plate.

Thanks for considering us Freddie.

Mods are in my sig, desired numbers were what my car could make safely, and I did that.

BTW Scott, I was only wanting to rent dyno time, not get tuned, I prefer to do my own tuning if at all possible, that way if stuff goes downhill quick I can only blame myself...

Titan has one of the best customer service I've seen!
They've been holding it down for a long time now, and with this new facility, things are looking simply awesome!!

Nikki is holding it down like a champ with the Evo/STi stuff, and Marty is just an awesome person to deal with for sure with anything.

I'll be there towards the end of the month getting work done.
