MAPerformance review ADAM/Nate
I had placed an order through MAPerformance and turned out it was special order from the manufacturer.
Part was delivered and turned out to be incorrect due to the manufacturer and their info. Spoke with Nate @ MAP and he picked it up from there and ran with it. Along with that, calling me back leaving messages on any and all updates/options.
I am writing this review because when you order a part, you get what you ordered, that's the shops responsibility. What makes a shop a step above another is when something goes wrong and their reactions to it.
In my opinion, Nate/MAPerformance has done everything in their power to take this situation and make it a better one. This will ensure me being a repeat customer in the future, right when I am in my planning phase of my route to a complete car.
So yeah, even though things didn't go planned right from the beginning, I have full confidence with one of our EVOm vendors on their reactions to when things don't go 100% smoothly.
I highly recommend this shop, and I don't do this very often at all.

Mapeformance rocks my socks!!! If they're not the cheapest, they come close to it. My #1 reason for buying from them is the service. It's up to my standards.

great service AND fair prices! they have always updated me, even with bad news (i.e part not in stock, with a quick refund afterwards.) that type of honesty and communication is what i look for in a company if they want my buisness! to top it off, free shipping!

same thing happened with me. i ordered a milspec 65mm tb for an evo 8 and i recieved one for a 9 had the correct evo 8 tb on my doorstep the next day after my phone call to them even before i sent the 9 tb back to them, thats definitely great service.
