Another Thumbs up for STM!
This whole build started back in December of last year. Emery from Street Tuned Motorsports and I had been talking about what I wanted to do with my Evo over the winter. My car made 288 wheel with a BR turbo back an intake, MBC and a tune from STM the summer of 2009 and ran a best of 12.7 before my turbo back. I was stumped and did not know how far I wanted to go or what parts to chose. One thing I was set on was being different and trying something new between me and the guys that I hang out with. I knew for a fact that I needed a clutch after talking about power goals which were 400 wheel on pump, Emery suggested the Exedy Triple (amazing clutch even for street driving) and so I ordered one in and held on to it. Emery and I went over all the parts that were needed to make this build possible. Emery wanted to make the first STM T3 manifold and use it for my car and I agreed! We then decided on trying PTEs 5557e turbo which I have not seen much of on the Evo community.
After deciding on the turbo we were going to go with we ordered up some good supporting mods like FIC 1050's, BR Street core, BR TB, Kelford 272 cams, PTE wastegate and a TiAL Q. Stm towed my car from my house and started getting to work. By the first night they had the A/C, intercooler, turbo and manifolds off and started getting to work with fitment for the intercooler piping and manifold for the 5557. Emery would day by day keep me updated on my car and give me all the info he could about how it was going down. I was very skeptical on making 400 wheel on the stock ECU so I went out and bought a AEM EMS off of an awesome member on the boards here.
When Em came up with how they wanted the manifold to be designed they started welding up a BAD *** manifold and I loved it. After a good amount of progress was done Emery or Shawna would send me pics of the car as soon as something major was getting worked on or was finished. After STM moved into there new shop they proceeded to work on my car even with all the craziness of moving there whole shop to another location. As they started to button up my car I started to see it transform from a pretty stock looking Evo to a nice **** engine bay. After changing all the fluids and such in the car they got her started up and Emery worked his magic on the dyno coming up with a nice power curve with the end result of 413 whp and 333 ft/lbs at 25 lbs. The cold starts are amazing on the car and it drives way better than stock. The car looks bad *** and I get complements everywhere I go. Emery and STM went out of there ways many time to help me out and I honestly could not be any happier. Hard work for sure does pay off and I learned that. I would like to thank Emery and all the STM crew for what they have done they run a great shop and are great friends! Now lets wait a few weeks and see how great this thing is at the track can't wait!!!!

Folks may want to note how your car was treated. Reading all the install/tuning horror stories on the forum, seeing pics of shoddy work and a lack of care displayed at every turn, parts recommendations designed to line the pockets of the vendor, and every other underhanded tactic imaginable makes one appreciate a no-bullsh!t, quality-driven shop like STM so much more.

Excellent, looking forward to it.

I can't agree more. For the Evolution and DSM owners in upstate NY we are lucky to have a shop like STM here!

Sounds great! But, those tq #'s seem really low. Being in the 400hp range, I would expect the tq to be right up there with the hp. I'm not in anyway bashing your setup, I'm just sayin'...
